Runtime classpath after adding projects

You can also add a class folder, a directory containing Java class files that are not in a JAR. Check runtime classpath regardless.

To set the runtime classpath: Right-click the project node in the Projects window and choose Properties. I know this is simple, and I've looked. From here, you can add JAR files to the build path, whether they are inside your workspace or not. Just to run the application from intellij run profile I need those jars to be in classpath. These are shown on the Order and Export tab of the Java Build Path properties in Figure 6-6. This means that project A only has project B on its runtime classpath. IMHO, the debugger should provide the same behaviour at runtime (same classpath) either the project is in the workspace root or it's at subfolder level, at least other IDEs work in this way.
